Eight years ago I walked out of a doctor’s office with the memory of her puzzled face and a list of supplements that filled a paper.
She didn’t have an answer for my chronic pain and fatigue.
I looked at our quarter acre and wondered if I could grow some things to help me instead. What ensued was a journey of healing that touched body, mind, and spirit.
What I found was that it was the lifestyle that brought healing as much as anything else. The slow-down. Hands in the dirt. Learning the ways of the plants with the wind in my hair and the sun on my shoulders. A lifestyle that showed me the heart of the Creator.
The herbs. The teas. The flowers.
It’s so much more than a business to me. This is my life.
