Welcome to Seed of Life Artisan Teas!
I’m a lover of plant-based healing. Each tea blend from Seed of Life has been personally designed with nourishment in mind, incorporating a mix of organic teas, healing herbs, and flowers. The teas are hand-blended in small batches. There are no added flavorings in the blends. I use dried fruits, flowers, roots, and nuts to enhance the tasting notes.

I use quite a bit of fruit in the tea blends. Most of it is dried here on location, with the exception of elderberries. It is dried in small batches as needed, which keeps the fresh fruit flavor. The ginger is dried from fresh, organic ginger root.
Several of the herbs are grown right here at Seed of Life, such as mint, lemon balm, sage, and anise hyssop. The black currant berries are grown here as well, along with a few of the flowers. Everything is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. It is hand-harvested as it is ready, and dried and stored in whole leaf form, which keeps the flavor intact.
Everything else is sourced from certified organic suppliers.
In the coming 2025 growing season, I am partnering with local growers to raise several of the tea ingredients. While I appreciate my bulk suppliers, I am excited to incorporate more fresh, local flavor into the tea blends.

Nourish today. heal yesterday. because tomorrow needs you.
This is the philosophy that brought my tea business to life, for the search for healing and wholeness is dear to my heart.
Sometimes it’s a search for physical health and sometimes it’s emotional healing we seek; often it’s a combination. It’s hard to know where to begin. Sometimes we go to the past in an effort to find the roots of our pain. Sometimes we begin with the present, making big or small lifestyle changes. But what many of us find is that there is no clear separation between the two. Healing from yesterday makes today better. In the same way, the practice of nourishing our bodies, minds, and souls in the present will often touch our past and bring healing to past trauma or grief. And every act of healing and nourishing that we choose today seeds our future life with hope and purpose.
The past, present, and future are closely intertwined. It’s a beautiful circle – a mandala of colors and textures, times and seasons.
